Modeling and optimal control of fast filling process of hydrogen to fuel cell vehicle

چکیده
Due to the rapid compression of hydrogen and Joule-Thompson effect specific during fast filling process, internal temperature cylinder rises sharply which may lead hidden safety hazards. In this study, a high-pressure process is considered, simple mathematical model cascade storage system refilling station developed analyze rise in cylinders under different working conditions. The results show pressure switching coefficient has great impact on time, pre-cooling significant states charge (SOC) within cylinder. Herein, multi-objective iterative optimization algorithm proposed calculate above two controllable variables (pressure coefficient, hydrogen) with objectives faster refueling, lower energy consumption higher SOC refueling. Besides, method could significantly decrease consumption, improve allow acceptable refueling time.
